HB 1729 Sets maximum speed limits for state freeways and through highways.

Dear Committee Members:
We support HB1729.
By raising the maximum speed limits, we should see a reduction in the variance of speed and consequentially a reduction in traffic accidents.
This is a move towards safer roads in Hawaii which the great people of Hawaii will appreciate.
